Event Management is a skill which I developed in due course of my life. I strongly feel that the most important and primary characteristic for managing any event is "To be organized".

Thankfully I learnt this by experience and till date I have conducted many events both in India and abroad.

The best thing I like in event management is to conceive an event and start planning and executing the same as per the plan. You need to be a good leader and more importantly a good team player to achieve success in this field.
